Attorney Branislav Cvijanović

Attorney Branislav Cvijanović finished high school – Gymnasium in Banja Luka, and acquired the title of law graduate at the Faculty of Law also in Banja Luka in 2004, when he was employed as a trainee attorney in the Law Office of attorney Marica Ćulum.

 

He passed the bar exam in 2007 in Banja Luka when he joined the Law Office of Milica Cvijanović, and entered the Register of Attorneys of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska in 2009.

 

He participated in numerous seminars and conferences, of which the seminar in Helsinki, Finland is important (“way to The Hague”-ICTY “and the” legal system of the EU” in 2001 and 2003) and a seminar in St. Petersburg, Russia (“300 years of law in St. Petersburg”).

 

He is one of the four members from Bosnia and Herzegovina of “Balkan Rule of Law Network”, under the auspices of USAID and ABA – United States Bar Association.

 

Areas of law he deals with are: Commercial Law and disputes, Corporate Law, Due Diligence of companies, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, Civil Rights and proceedings, real estate transactions, Administrative Law.

 

Attorney Branislav Cvijanović is also a co-author of the Guide to Self-Representation in Civil Procedure for Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Republic of Srpska. He is also a licensed educator on the topic of Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, on which occasion he participated as a lecturer in numerous seminars, trainings and workshops.

 

He is a member of the editorial board of the magazine “Advokatura”, and is actively involved in humanitarian work, where he is engaged as a co-founder and board member of the NGO humanitarian organization “Lions clubs International” – “Lions Club Banja Luka Center”.

 

He is married and a father of three children. He actively speaks English.
